We buy our beans directly from the farmer and roast them locally in our own cafe.
We exclusively buy organic and fair trade beans, as well as a limited quantity of Cup of Excellence beans.
Quality: We carefully select only the finest specialty grade 100% Arabica beans from across the world’s best coffee-growing regions then roast them to bring our the fullest flavour.
Freshness: We roast our coffees by hand in small batches twice a week and encourage our customers to buy just enough for their weekly consumption. That way, it’s always super fresh!
Dedication: We’re local and we love doing what we do - roasting and serving the very freshest coffee. Little by little, we believe we’re changing people’s ideas about what goes into making a truly great cup of coffee - fresh, smooth, sweet and delicious!
