Our Colombian coffee is a classic – rich, juicy, heavy bodied and intensely aromatic. The dry fragrance has a perfect balance of fruited tones masked by sweet caramel and chocolate roast notes.

Our Sumatran Mandehling is ‘triple-picked’; the coffee pickers return to the plant three times in the season to harvest only the ripest cherries. This coffee is sweet and smooth with a full distinctive body. It has a taste profile of ripened fruits, particularly reminiscent of mangoes.

Our Peruvian is a classic French roast - bold, balanced, full bodied and caramel-like. The dry fragrance of our Peruvian is nutty with milk chocolate roast tones. When brewed, it gives a burst of spice and cocoa aromas.

guatemalan GUATEMALAN

Our Guatemalan coffee has a full and velvety body, and is accompanied by a rich and lively aroma. We source our coffee from the Highland Huehuetenango - the sub-tropical climate nurtures the coffee evenly and gives it a wine-like character, beautiful appearance and uniform maturation. This coffee is planted in the regions between 5,000-6,000 feet. The flowering is homogeneous which results in a high-quality cup.

Our Mexican is similar to a good light white wine – bright and sunny, delicate in body, dry and balanced with a burst of nutty tones. Our coffee is from the Chiapas region (near Guatemala), which produces some of the very best and highest grown Mexican coffees (above 1200 metres).

Our Mexican is similar to a good light white wine – bright and sunny, delicate in body, dry and balanced with a burst of nutty tones – all the goodness without the caffeine Our coffee is decaffeinated through the ‘Mountain Water Decaf ’process - done completely in Vera Cruz, Mexico.
