Fed by generous tropical rains and nurtured by a rare and ancient Mayan soil , the mild coffees of Altamira boast a fragrant aroma and pleasant aftertaste.
Marco claims the reason for the unique flavors of the Pacamara from Altamira I to be the processing with the thermal spring waters, rich in potassium from the Santa Teresa mill, also property of the Batres Family.
