    TAN Coffee Rocks …

Plain and simple. With the combination of comfy, loungy-furniture, abundance of newspapers, beautiful lighting, and the wonderful care and concern of Marilyn - it’s hard to imagine a place, other than home, that could be more inviting and pleasant to be in.

Many thanks to TAN for providing examplary leadership in ethically-concerned and sustainable business practices!!

I’ve tried the coffee in London (the original), Lisbon, Coimbra, Venice, Zurich, Bern, Luzern, Vienna, Bratislava, Sao Paulo, Berlin, Frankfurt, Carcassone, Avignon, Ephesus, and Samos. The Portuguese and Turks came closest, but I’ve never had any better than Marilyn’s. Now, if she would only start making Turkish coffee …

Stellar espresso from a smaller, progressive coffee seller. Full bodied, aromatic. The pulls here compare favourably with the local brews in Sardegna, Pavia, Verona and various places in Toscana.

    Hi Marilyn,

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for you to mediate all these customer review posts… I am sitting here after our chat, working away, having a great coffee - which was free thanks to my favored customer card, and in my simply super special limited edition TAN Coffee mug!!!

Can life get any better… Yes! Lindsay sayHi and that I should give you a great big hug from her (and a long deep slow kiss - what on earth have you got going with her?) but I suspect I might end up in the roaster if I complied fully with her wishes.

    Gotta go now, and thanks,

    George in the Red Shirt

Looks like it’s been some time since anyone posted here but I can assure anyone reading that TAN continues to excel!

What’s not to love about this distinctly local Queen St West cafe? There’s fabulous coffee, ethically traded fresh roast beans to take home, charming baristas, local art, wi-fi, breakfast goodies, and a friendly local bunch of customers…there’s even a little back garden for some fresh air or that illicit guilty pleasure - a coffee and a cigarettes…

Visit TAN Coffee …and you’ll keep coming back!

    Will
